We usually pack and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or sales, it may take a little longer.

• West Malaysia: 1–3 business days.

• East Malaysia: 3–7 business days.

• International: 7–21 business days.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any free-shipping offers will show at checkout when they apply.

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link where the courier supports it. If you haven't received it within a few days, check your spam folder, then email basepublishingstudio@gmail.com.
