You can return most physical books within 14 days of delivery, as long as they're unused and in original condition. Digital products like audiobooks can't be returned once accessed.

We accept returns and exchanges for physical books that are: returned within 14 days of delivery; unused, unmarked, and in original, resalable condition; and in their original packaging where possible.

Audiobooks and other digital products once accessed or downloaded; personalised or custom-made items; books returned after 14 days; and books damaged by the customer after delivery.

Email us at basepublishingstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you — your choice — at no extra cost.

1. Email basepublishingstudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

2. We'll reply with return instructions and the address.

3. Pack the book safely and send it back.

4. Once we receive and check it, we'll process your refund or exchange.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to show, depending on your bank or provider.

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is on you. For damaged, faulty, or wrong items, we cover it.
